The District Fee Schedule includes User Fees and Availability of Service Fees for property owners within the District, Tap Fee Schedule for costs associated with building costs of new and remodel projects within the District, and Miscellaneous Fees for developer fees, District expansion and reduction fees, and other costs to be paid to the District.
